At Firefly Veterinary Urgent Care, we offer patient forms online so you can complete them in the convenience of your own home or office. Fax us your printed and completed forms or you may bring them during your visit.
Payment Options
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
Pet insurance is a viable option for many pet owners, helping to defray the cost of unexpected veterinary care via reimbursement. Additional payment options include third-party financing, such as All Pet Card and Care Credit. These are medical credit cards that offer immediate funding for your pet to be able to receive the care that it needs right away. The balances are then to be paid back over time in monthly installments; interest rates may apply.
